The Hierarchy or Ranking system is based off of Gems and Admin consideration, to some extent. Every ten Gems equals a new Rank. Once a member gets so high into the Ranks, then the Admin start to consider them for advanced titles, promotions, positions, ets. A consideration is not a guarantee for anything. Cheating our Ranking system will get you removed from our network.
